Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, all linked in the footer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment details you provide are yours to use.
Products & Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Product availability can also change. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors happen. If a pricing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund. We do not have to sell at an incorrectly listed price.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It does not create a contract by itself. We accept your order, and the contract is formed, when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. Until that point we may decline the order, for example where an item is unavailable, a pricing error is found, or payment cannot be verified.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, page layouts and the Veilto name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written consent. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, place orders with payment details you are not authorised to use, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or scrape its content by automated means without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for supplying the products you order in line with these terms and our policies. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may suspend or close access to the site, or refuse to accept orders, where these terms have been broken, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where an account is being misused. Where we do this, any orders already dispatched are unaffected and any payment for undispatched orders is refunded.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed, so a later change does not alter an order you have already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the applicable federal laws of the United States.
