About Us
Veilto is an online store selling women's bags. The range covers shoulder bags, tote bags, crossbody bags and hobo bags, in leather, suede, woven leather and straw. We sell to customers across the United States. Every bag is listed with its own measurements and colour options, so you can decide from the listing rather than the photograph alone.
What We Sell
Four groups of bags. Shoulder bags carry on a single strap or chain and sit close under the arm. Tote bags are open-topped and hold more. Crossbody bags are worn across the body and keep your hands free. Hobo bags are soft and unstructured, and slouch as they are carried. Within those groups the shapes range from small structured buckets to full-size totes, in smooth leather, pebbled leather, suede, woven leather and paper straw.
Product Information
Every listing carries the same details, so two bags can be compared directly.
Materials. Each listing names the material for that bag: smooth leather, pebbled leather, suede, woven leather or paper straw.
Measurements. Width, height and depth are given in centimetres and inches. Handle drop is listed for bags carried on the shoulder, which tells you how high the bag will sit. The double-handle tote, for example, is 32 cm wide, 35 cm high and 28 cm deep, with a 30 cm handle drop.
Colours. Each colour is a separate option on the listing and is photographed on its own.
What We Don't Do
We do not run countdown timers, low-stock warnings or urgency banners. A product page shows the price, the colour options and whether the bag is available. Nothing on it changes to hurry a decision.
Ordering & Fulfillment
Orders are placed on the site and confirmed by email. We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days. Tracking is emailed once an order is dispatched. An order can be changed or cancelled at any point before it ships.

Shipping, returns, refunds, payment and privacy terms are set out in full on the policy pages linked in the footer. They apply to every order and can be read before checkout. If you are unsure about a bag, read the return terms first, as conditions apply to items that have been used.
